Some people may consider a home inspection an added financial drain that just doesn’t matter. You see, your home is a physical body; it breaths and reacts to the hot, cold, wet and dry.  It’s subject to damage from sun, rain, vermin infestation, and burgle infiltration.  It keeps you warm and dry in winter, cool and content in summer; it provides you a comfortable place to sleep at night, and protects your valuables while you’re gone during the day.  All this and oftentimes with little more attention from you than merely turning a key and opening the front door.  Meanwhile, your home ages and wears the wrinkles of time and exhaustion -- slowly its supporting systems begin to decline and break down with little notice from you until it’s too late.
