HOME BUYER PEACE-OF-MIND:
ProRite® gives a Free 90-Day Warranty that covers $500 repair/replacement of appliances (stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, furnace, air conditioner, water heater); and covers $2000 on structure and foundation. HOURS OF OPERATION:
A standard residential home takes approximately three hours to thoroughly inspect, and that excludes conversation and consultation time on site. We generally schedule two inspections each weekday per inspector, at 10:00 am and 2:00 pm. We also understand that life happens, so we offer flexibility of inspection times between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, depending on availability. Because we do plan our days’ end at 5:00 pm for review and documentation, any inspections after or extending beyond 5:00 pm will incur a $50 per hour charge, to offset overtime costs. So, please consider this when scheduling your inspection.
